Rising rapper Juice WRLD has signed a deal with Interscope, Billboard has confirmed.

A rep for Interscope confirmed the signing, but would not comment on the deal’s details. According to sources, it is worth more than $3 million and would give the rapper from the Chicago suburb of Calumet Park, Illinois, a joint venture with the label.

Now just 19, Juice began gaining attention on Soundcloud early on, where he has been posting music since 2015. Last year, his Juice WRLD 999 EP really began racking up streams with the track “Lucid Dreams (Forget Me)” produced by Nick Mira topping 1 million listens. Earlier this year, Juice topped that with his follow up single “All Girls Are the Same,” which was also produced by Mira and has nearly 5 million streams to date, showcasing the artist’s smooth flow, knack for catchy melodies and emo-leaning lyrics.

The signing is the latest in a string of big deals lately. It was reported yesterday that Warner Bros. Records signed Lil Pump for about $8 million after the “Gucci Gang” rapper’s camp realized his original contract was void as it was signed while he was underage and not properly certified.

Juice WRLD’s rep did not respond to requests for comment at time of publishing.
