China has praised the summit between U.S. President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un as historic.
Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi told reporters that the fact the two leaders can sit together and hold talks is important and positive.
Wang also called for full denuclearization to resolve tensions on the Korean Peninsula.■
