Shape poetry is the art of describing a shape through words and the placement of the words to create that shape. These poems are also called pattern poems or concrete poems. Shape poems can be written about anything , just as long as it is the shape of the subject you are writing about.
For example, you can have a poem about trees in the shape of a tree or a poem about love in the shape of a heart. The poem does not have to rhyme.

Shape poetry(그림시, 모양시)는 단어로 모양을 만드는 예술이며, 모양을 만들기 위한 단어의 배치이다. 이러한 시들은 또한 '패턴 시' 또는 '구체시'라고 불린다. Shape Poem(모양시)는 자신이 쓰고자 하는 주제의 모양과 일치하는 것이면 어떤 것에 대해서든 쓸 수 있다.
예를 들어, 나무 모양 안에 나무에 대한 시를 쓸 수 있고, 하트모양의 사랑에 대한 시를 쓸 수도 있다. 이 시는 운율을 가질 필요는 없다.
