이번에 컴퓨터를 업글하기로 마음 먹은 상황입니다.

 

제 메인보드가 GA-M61P-S3 인데

 

패넘이나 툴리만으로 업그레이드 가능 할까요?

 

이번에 새로 나온 브리즈번 6000 도 가능 한지...

아래 자료는 GIGABYTE사의 GA-M61P-S3 마더보드의 프로세서 지원 목록입니다.

 

아쉽게도 브리즈번 6000+ 프로세서는 지원이 불가능 하지만 AMD의 트리플 코어와 쿼드코어인 페넘 프로세서는

 

F7E로 BIOS를 업데이트 해주시면 가능 합니다.

(Note) If you install AMD AM2+ CPU on AM2 motherbord, the system bus speed will downgrade from HT3.0(5200MHz) to HT1.0(2000 MT/s) spec; however, the frequency of AM2+ CPU will not be impacted.

MT/s)로 스펙이 다운 될 것입니다. 그렇지만 AM2+ 프로세서의 주파수에는 영향을 주지 않을 것입니다.
