적금 원리합계 식: a{(1+r)^n - 1} / {(1+r) -1}

r : 8%/12 = 0.75% n : 39*12 = 468 ---> a{(1.0075)^468 - 1} / (1.0075 -1)

1,000,000 / [{(1+8%/12)^(12*39) - 1} / {(1+8%/12) - 1}]= $234.28
