질문내용은 몇줄안되고 간단하니까 스크롤압박이라고 그냥 가시지 말아주세요..

제가 한두달 전에 아프리카지역의 어떤 사람으로 부터 메일을 받았습니다.

아마 펜팔사이트를 통해 제 메일주소를 알게된듯합니다.
부모님이 사업상의 일로 동료에게 독살당하고 어쩌고 하는내용이었어요.
그때당시 한참 생각해보다가 사기성 메일로 확신하고 한참이 지났는데요
최근에 네이버 지식인에서 알게된 어떤분께서 저에게 비슷한내용들의 메일내용이
와서 제게 사기성 메일인지 확인시켜달라고 하시더군요.
처음몇개 메일은 제가 받았던 메일과 너무 흡사해서 그냥 사기메일로 치부해버렸는데요
최근 본 몇개 메일들은 어느정도 진실성이 있는것 같아서 혼란스럽습니다.

최근(1년이내)의 코트디부아르, 라이베리아. 세네갈 지역의
정치적상황, 치안, 내전발발 등 국가 상태를 좀 알고싶습니다.

아시는대로 좀 답변해주시구요 기사를 수집해주셔도 좋습니다.

아래는 그 메일들이구요 꼭 읽지 안으셔도 되니 그냥 참고만하세요.

혹시 이런메일 받아보신분 있으시다면 어떤식으로 답장이 오갔는지도 좀
알려주셨음합니다.

He secretly called me on his bedside and told me that he has a sum of USD$8.5M (  eight Million .five hundred thousand U.S)deposited in Bank in ( Abidjan Cote D? Ivoire , that he used my name as his beloved Daugther for the next of kin in depositing the fund.
 
He also explained to me that it was because of this wealth that he was poisoned by his business associates, that I should seek for a foreign partner in a country of my choice where I will transfer this money and use it for investment purpose such as expansion of his existing cocoa business and real estate management overseas.
 
I am humbly seeeking your assistance in the following ways.
1- To assist me in providing an account of yours where this fund can quietly be transferred into ...
2-To serve as the guardian of this fund since i have no knowledge of this transaction
3)- To make arrangement for me to come over to your country to futher my education and to help me secure a residential permit in your country.  
 
Moreover, I am willing to offer you 15% of the total sum as compensation for your effort/ Input after the successful transfer of this fund into your nominated account overseas, while 5% will be set aside to offset any expenses we may incure.
 
Furthermore, you can indicate your option towards assisting us as I believe that this transaction would be concluded within the shortest possible time if you signify interest to assist me.
